Yoga and Breathwork 

Letting go is the hardest asana

I believe everyone can benefit from yoga regardless of age, body type, or activity level. I formulate my classes to meet you wherever you are at in your practice, to make your time on the mat fun, and accessible. I understand that yoga can a beneficial tool to help establish safety in the body. I utilize somatic techniques and breath work in each class to help my students process sensation and regulate the nervous system. 

Weekly Schedule: 


7am Breathwork 

8:00 Yoga for Trauma 


12pm Vinyasa Flow 


7am Rocket Lite 


6pm Slow Flow 


9am Rocket Lite
