I utilize Somatic Experiencing™ techniques coupled with breathwork and meditation for a holistic approach to trauma recovery. I do not diagnose or label you. Instead, I offer self-exploration, to help clients understand their nervous system and energetic body so they can fully rediscover their personal needs to awaken their innate ability to heal. 

Somatic Experiencing™

Somatic Experiencing is an alternative healing tool used for all forms of trauma. Unlike traditional talk therapy that focuses on your story, SE bypasses your brain (the story) and dives into your body where trauma is actually stored. By working with your nervous system we are able to collaborate together to free the body of stored emotions and the physical memory of trauma.  

Issues such as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, migraines, insomnia, anxiety, PTSD, and auto-immune diseases are indicators of nervous system dis-regulation. By utilizing these embodied techniques, symptoms can be mitigated or completely disappear. 

I invite my clients to fully explore themselves so they can better understand their body and their needs. On our journey together, I help you awaken your inner wisdom while providing you with the tools to reclaim your power so you can be your truest, most authentic self.
