Through the use of indigenous instruments, sound healing can have a profound impact on one's overall wellness. By playing at a repetitive frequency, the brain is able to enter into a theta state (deep relaxation), which allows for the parasympathetic nervous system to engage to allow for deep cellular healing to take place.
Sessions may include guided meditations (or journies), chanting, or song.
Group healings occur the first Monday of each month at 7pm Eastern Time.
